Alphabetum Nigromanticum

One of the most non-trivial, ancient and amazing magical alphabets of the Middle Ages is Nigromanticum. I won’t even change the picture, it’s a scan from the wonderful medieval collection “Magia Cryptographica” by the respected Johannes Trithemius. It is another question where he found it, but the functionality of the alphabet leaves no doubt after several years of use. It’s cooler than any other I’ve seen.

This letter magic alphabet works quite differently from runes or glyphs, it has a different base and a fundamentally different operating method. In fact, these letters were invented to work with probabilities directly. That is, they can be visualized in a line (for example, in meditation or work through the Tarot arcana), or written as runes under names-addresses with the effect description. For any person who knows how to work with probabilities, this is like a suitcase filled with expensive and convenient tools: here are secateurs, screwdrivers, keys of all kinds, boxes and a million other useful things.

This alphabet has two features.
Firstly, these magical letters tend to become the center of any other formula or graphic. Roughly speaking, one Nigro letter can be surrounded by runes, sigils, or you can express your intention in English, and Nigro will pick it up. Each letter symbolizes not a concept (as in Futhark), but a key process in the probability lines. Clarifications can be added by any available method.
Secondly (rejoice, lovers of cumbersome formulas) – the more of them, the better. Nigro works stronger if a letter is written more than 3 times. You can even cover the entire photo or sheet of paper with them, each new one will strengthen the whole company, and not weaken it, as happens with Futhark.

1. A — Acceleration, increasing the speed of events on the line.

2. B — Slowing down events on the line, deceleration of too fast movement.

3. C — Linking several events or people, bringing roads together into one event or place. Unlike O — a specific place. For example, organizing a random or not very random meeting in the right place. The lines will line up so that all participants will be there.

4. D — Linking two people or events with a third. For example, to make a new person hit it off with the company, or to create a love triangle.

5. E — Fitting events to one line, for example, attracting all positive probabilities to an event, maximum luck for this specific line. So that all buses arrive on schedule and the doors are open.

6. F — Break in the probability line, blocking an event. For example, to cut off a bad development option in advance.

7. G — Leads to a “hole”. The victim seems to fall into a hole and remains disoriented for a long time and is unable to adequately respond to attacks. This letter creates a knot on the line and does not let the person out of it. And there, in the hole, you can do anything with him.

8. H – Zigzag. Zipper on probabilities – opened, closed, opened, closed. It existed, it was gone, it appeared again. A kind of door that opens and closes what you need. For example, when working with another master, you can easily do the work and close the door to avoid identification.

9. I – Do not roll below a certain point. In a positive way – so that the income could not fall below a certain level and quickly bounced back from it.

10. K – Multi-layered protection-delusion, a hiding place for something or someone. In fact, a thick fog that covers both you and the lines around you.

11. L — To suspend events indefinitely, to freeze the situation, to let it settle down or to get time to catch your breath.

12. M — A trap that intercepts and firmly holds an unlikely event. A very useful letter for any formula where a clear result is needed — it pulls with great force, even if the result was weak before.

13. N — A saber that cuts out unnecessary sections of probabilities. To cut off an unnecessary connection, to remove a person or circumstance from your life, to cut someone off from the family, to cut something off from the line… There are limitless options.

14. O — Linking three events or three people, bringing roads together into one event or place. Any place, the first place that comes along.

15. P — Beginning a new line from an event. If the event was supposed to end and break off, the letter artificially continues the line, not allowing it to fade away. Hypothetically — you can drag out the time of death for a seriously ill person.

16. q — A prison bunker. To imprison the enemy, so he will not be able to get out. Another pit, but without disorientation. On the lines it looks like thick glass – even a cool sorcerer sees that something goes wrong, but he can’t do anything. It can be removed only by the letter N of the same row.

17. Q – Another miracle: a band-aid for probability lines or scotch tape. It can fasten completely unrelated probabilities or patch a hole in them. It is useful to outline formulas aimed at people with them, so that the circumstances force people to do what you need.

18. v – Transport glyphs that make a passage in probabilities and carry the operator through the resulting door easily and simply. Help to escape at any moment. Protection that simply and elegantly allows you to do whatever you want and not be caught.

19. S – Chaos. To bring chaos, to shuffle probabilities at random, for example, to confuse the enemy and ruin all his plans.

20. T — The breakthrough of a long-suppressed event. Something that was hanging and brewing for a long time is literally pushed by force into reality — a decision, an event, a meeting, etc.

21. U — Protection of work or an event. For example, to protect something from the evil eye, or from influence. Or simply to close it off from curious people! A very dense haze around the specified object.

22. V — Similar to K, but for a line or event. The average between K and U.

23. W — A burdock that clings to the enemy and causes pain and suffering to any of his movements, to any attempt to show will, to get out of some situation. A very unpleasant nastiness. In a good sense, it can be used as a beacon to track someone so that he does not get into trouble.

24. X – Completion of an event, the last point and cutting-off the line of events.

25. Y – Closing of paths, untying of a knot. To finish the event and the line softly and comfortably.

26. Z — A “pocket” for something, for information, for lines, for plans. You can write in the cube what you want to get in the end — it will begin pulling the necessary lines and people to this event slowly but surely.
